We will ask you to fill out medical history and insurance forms during your first visit. Please bring a photo ID and insurance information. You may also want to bring recent x-rays from your previous dentist.

Q: I have a toothache, can I be seen today?

You do not need to schedule an appointment to be seen at our office. Feel free to come in if you are suffering from tooth pain or any other dental emergency. We will try to see you as soon as possible.

Q: My denture is loose, what can be done?

There are different ways that we can fix loose dentures. We may be able to create a hard reline within a couple of days. However, if the dentures are worn down significantly then we may need to create a new set.

We may also decide that dentures aren’t the best solution for you. We may feel that dental implants should be used instead.

Q: Do you accept walk-ins?

Discount Dental accepts walk-in appointments.

We will fit you in between scheduled appointments and will try to see you as soon as possible. However, we will make treating you a priority if you are suffering from a dental emergency.

Q: How do I pay for my treatment?

There are a number of ways that you can pay for your treatment. We can file an insurance claim on your behalf if you have insurance. You can also pay by cash or credit card if you do not have dental insurance coverage. All payments and copays are due before each appointment. We don’t do any payment plans or in house financing. However, we do accept Care Credit. You can easily apply on carecredit.com.
